HOUSTON – The Harper & Pearson Company, P.C. is proud to announce that Mary Elizabeth Marx, Certified Public Accountant and Shareholder at The Harper & Pearson Company, P.C. has been honored as a guest hostess by the “Woman of Worth” organization.

During the event entitled, “Celebrating the Circle of Life”, Marx was not only honored for exceptional involvement in the Women of Worth organization, but she also delivered a presentation that centers around how a CPA can assist in finding ways for individuals to financially care for their retirement-age parents should the need arise.

The Harper & Pearson Company, P.C. also donated “goodie bags” for this Women of Worth event... The event was held at Rice University Jones Graduate School, Executive Commons. It was hosted by Martin Levine, owner FreshFoods Catering; Maureen Sanders, Vice President, Encore Bank; Deborah Sopher, President, Strategic Financial Services.
